Welcome to TOPTulumRealEstate.com! Tulum is one of my favorite getaways here in Mexico. It is a magical place. Miles upon miles of crystal clear and turquoise waters on the powdery white sands of the Caribbean Ocean. The beaches are definitely some of Mexico’s prettiest. The Tulum ruins are nestled into the jungle, hidden amongst cenotes, and mysteriously constructed on the beautiful beachfront of the Riviera Maya. These natural attractions, the successful history of neighboring real estate markets of Cancun and Playa del Carmen, along with the new promised international airport of Tulum have all combined uniquely to make this one of Mexico’s greatest if not the top real estate growth potential markets of this country. If you are looking to invest, or looking to just reserve a little corner of the magical Mexican Caribbean atmosphere, Tulum needs to be placed on your checklist. Tulum is the community located on the furthest south edge of the Riviera Maya.

The community was recently declared as an indpendent municipality separating from Solidaridad based from Playa del Carmen in 2008.

With an estimated population of 16,000 people, it has been targeted as the site for the newest international airport to be introduced to Quintana Roo.

Tulum attracts many foreign travelers offering many outdoor adventures and activities such as extreme sports like Kite Surf, ATV Riding, Jungle Crossing, Zip-lines and many more.

Other activities which tourists frequent include experiences such as diving in the coral reef, snorkeling in the caves and Cenotes, visiting Xel Ha where visitors can swim with dolphins.

The town is situated about 2 kilometers back from the ocean with small hotels, restaurants, cafes to service the international visitors.

On the beach heading south, several ecological friendly hotels dot the coastline as the road approaches the Biosphere Reserve of Sian Ka'an.

The Sian Ka'an reserve protects thousands of wild life animals, fish and birds which can be visited and explored with mountain bikes and or kayaks.

The beach road heading north runs approximately 3 kilometers and takes the visitor along several oceanfront elegant and hip restaurants and cafes until reaching the ruins.
